We live on an estate run by LMH but we are home owners. Very little care and consideration taken to deal with our concerns over maintenance in the estate and haven't even bothered to reply to our concerns since July 2020.... we're now at the end of September. Antisocial behaviour ongoing with their tenants and they don't appear to care. All for helping people who need help - but LMH are poor estate managers (I know - I own a letting and property management agency). They've received my email as I got a "thanks for your email - one of the housing team will get back to you" emails.... so far.... nothing. Now getting the council involved to see if that can't push things along.
