I bought a lot of storage boxes and when I got home 2 had lids missing. They had lids when they were put in the trolley, but a kind shopper helped me put them into the car and put the trolley back for me, and unintentionally left 2 lids in the trolley. When I got home and noticed they were missing I rang B&M Head Office as couldn't get hold of the store and they arranged for me to collect 2 lids when I was next in the store. Mine had been handed in and put back on the shelves with the other boxes. Very helpful lady at Head Office, thank you.

If I could give no stars I would! Had a Christmas present, no receipt asked for a credit note. Apparently manager Tony Joyce doesn't allow this, but other b&m stores may do. Manage was off today, but his supervisor, dictated his rules, with attitude. Don't buy electrical gifts from b&m unless the manager has customer service knowledge.

I purchased Christmas gifts 10/10/22 and tried to return 18/11/22. Apparently there is a 30 day policy that you can NOT return for a refund after 30 days! This information was NOT told to me at the time of purchase or written on the receipt nor is it displayed in the store!!! I wouldnt of purchased them if I would of known! I was with a very sarcastic manager who snatched the receipt, smirking and shrugging her shoulders. I will never ever shop at B&M again after this experience!
