        Boiler had gone out in the morning and I had no hot water or heating, I relayed this to my estate agents who got Caralyst Energy to come and help us out. We were advised that this was an extremely busy day but they still managed to fit us in. Efficient and friendly; the job was done in a couple of minutes and I was told how to solve the problem if it happens again. Many thanks to all involved
