Beacon Counselling Trust

I have worked with Beacon Counselling Trust for nearly four years, mainly with Kylie who has supported our school and college programmes. Both myself and everyone that Kylie engages with, cannot speak highly enough of her and the work she delivers. Every session has been as good as the next and I am incredibly grateful for all the work she provides! Following on from the session, pupils feel more confident with talking about gambling and they know exactly where they need to go if they require further support.

I am the current Team Leader of Prince's Trust in Chorley. Kylie Windle from Beacon Counselling Trust has visited the team on multiple occasions to deliver an awareness session for Gambling. Kylie has been amazing each time, extremely engaging with the learners and supportive. I would recommend this awareness session to anyone, as the information provided, and the delivery of the information is amazing.

Kylie at Beacon trust has supported me in providing high quality training for organisations across Bolton. The training is engaging, thought provoking and impacts on professionals' approach to this harm that affects families and individuals. Beacon is a really fantastic service. As a group of former serving Parachute Regiment veterans Beacon organised a brilliant programme of group activities and outings with our members as part of a wellbeing project, we were involved in. Highly recommended this organisation.

We very much enjoy working with Beacon Counselling Trust and their service users who have participated in our Trek Therapy activities. The amazing work that their team of therapist do as part of their Paul's Place suicide bereavement support service is quite simply lifesaving.
