Visited 01/09/2022, good parking, on site food service very good with seating both indoors and outside at back of site. On site meeting rooms clean & reception team friendly and helpful

Rang for an ambulance this morning at 9:40am for my Mum 87. They were there within 15 minutes. Lovely lads and took great care of Her. In the Royal now - fingers crossed shell be out later on.

I have unfortunately had to have the Ambulance service called out to me on a number of occasions and I truly think the staff are without doubt the best people on this earth! They looked after me through Covid and we were lucky enough to have Jo and Emily who have been on the programme come out to see my father whilst filming. The only thing that infuriated me at that point was our GP practice who said they didn't deal with covid patients which meant the rig was off the road for 2.5hrs whilst they tried to help my father. The girls were friendly, and I can not express how calming they were. The call handlers are incredible and a couple of weeks ago when my back went again and we were told there was a 5.5 hrs wait for a crew we got a call back from Advanced Paramedic Peter who told me exactly what I needed to do and was sympathetic aswell as showed true Empathy. We as an area are so so lucky to have you all and we as a family thank you for all you do and all of your sacrifices and losses throughout Covid. Stay safe and thank you x
