Rude manager and very unhelpful and didnt take my concerns into consideration ether and refused to take the item I wanted to return back even though its sealed and closed and had a valid receipt and said I would happily take a gift voucher to put towards other items. She still refuses and becomes awkward with me for no reason and made it into a big deal for no reason. I dont understand why managers like these get jobs when they dont have the right skills to deal with customers and understand peoples situation.

Hi I was in your shop today on edge lane when entering the shop a young girl with blonde hair and a yellow hi-viz coat on looked at me in the most vile manor if looks could kill. Then proceeded to do this while I was walking round the shop. Also when paying at the self serve I noticed her doing this to other customers. Everything else within the shop was perfect but this ladys customer service was appalling. Made me feeling very unwelcome an will not be returning to the store Thanks
