Brilliant service from start to finish. The technicians were great and found ways to overcome unexpected difficulties. The surveyor and office staff were equally good and responsive. I would definitely use them again.

It was devastating to discover we had dry-rot in the house, but Steve from Timberwise was both very well informed and reassuring. It was a little bit difficult to make the initial contact, but worth persevering. Once the team arrived we were impressed by the speed and care they took to complete the work. At all times they were punctual, helpful and friendly and always cleaned up. The work was completed to a very high standard, both in getting rid of the affected areas and treating the walls and floors, and also in restoring the rooms and hallway. If anyone has a problem with dry-rot I would recommend contacting Timberwise and seek their advice.

Great service. Survey done quickly and very speedy quote. The work was excellent, very clean and tidy and its very difficult to even see where the work was carried out. The guy who came was very respectful of the house. Highly recommend

Very satisfied with the work completed. Work was carried out on time during the agreed period. Technician and building contractors were friendly and helpful throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.
