Been using this company for over 30 years professional quality work . Always on time honest and professional listen to what you require , the team are good reliable and always leave the place clean and tidy . Had jobs too numerous to mention completed never a problem not one bad job

I suppose the best place to start this review is to say I highly recommend Property Care Services. We were provided with a number of companies that were recommended and I contacted a couple of them. Dave came round to go through the job with us, in order to provide a quote, and it was clear that he was very experienced. We cannot fault Errol and his team and the work they have done. They are very good, friendly and answered every query we had. We have never done a project like this before and it was daunting at times but we definitely felt that we were in a safe pair of hands. They were fair in terms of cost and discussed any additional tasks as we went along. If you are looking to get any work done, I would definitely say to get in touch with Property Care Services.

Dave and his team came up with a plan to make the back garden more accessible to my Mum. They were friendly and professional and really considerate of her needs. A great end result, would definitely recommend.

P.C.S. (Property Care Services) Over several years we have used PCS for our home improvements, including kitchen and bathroom upgrades and most recently conversion of our integral garage into and additional room and downstairs W.C. PCS is a well established Building Contractors working from their office base in Aintree. All aspects of the works involved from planning through to completion has been carried out in a very professional manner and to a high standard and complying to the most up to date building regulations. We were kept informed of progress and asked about our preferences throughout. The staff are reliable, friendly and trustworthy, carrying out their work in a manner that tries to cause as little disruption to our home life and neighbours as possible. They keep the worksite tidy are and ensure that is clean at the end of each day.
