        The men are unqualified and unfit to do there jobs, they always have an excuse, if you have a job with them they will spend on average if 30-50mins in there vans outside to save them going to other homes to complete work as they are too lazy. Torus had them put to do work in my home they ended up standing on a pipe causing a leak and my ceiling falling threw they have not accepted liability and now I am bringing them to a small claims court!
