Found this gentleman online and rang regarding a possible network hack which turned out to be quite catastrophic!!
Steve is helpful, patient and doesn't patronise at all. He talked me through my initial options then set up a speedy visit. It turned out that the network had been hacked which he quickly resolved. The pesky blighters had created partitions on all of our devices which meant they had re-written certificates and no amount of antivirus could detect them.
Steve conducted several visits and re-checked the router after a few weeks of stress had developed into paranoia! Very obliging and no job too big.
Whilst repairing our devices, he suggested an upgrade on a laptop which had always run slow. This has made all the difference and we no longer face the spinning circle of doom!
I was reluctant to trust that someone would take me seriously, as I was in the rocking back and forth stage after weeks of reading online and discovering so many data breaches!
Steve is down to earth, honest and super accommodating. I would definitely recommend ACS Services. Peace of mind, competent and really great prices too.
