If visiting allow plenty of time & ensure you adequate food and water with you as there are no catering services here , not even a vending machine

WOW TERRIBLE PLACE AVOIDE IF YOU CAN!!! I Turned up with my daughter at 08:00 and I was still sat waiting at 11:00 I decided to asked the reception staff what was the approximate wait time only to be told the nursing team was having a staff meeting and they were short staffed as it was why on gods earth have a staff meeting when you have patients needing to be seen I think they need a matron in there with common sense total joke of a place this building and its staff are severely letting the NHS name down if any senior management care to see this pull your socks up get a grip of the nursing team in this building and tell them there to miss a few tea and coffee breaks and care for the patients that are attending utterly terrible quicker in A&E fact! Plus I might add a student nurse I know said there very lazy when he was on placement there could do with an undercover boss visiting wish I could give zero stars
