Worst drs ever I phoned at 8am for my son dead on 8am 148 phone calls later before I got through. To be told he would have to wait for a call from the GP i then phoned back at 2.50pm to see what time the GP would be phoning him to be told shes seeing patients in between phone calls but she is there till 6pm. Absolutley pathetic .covid been and gone so its about time GPS started seeing people again. Instead of phone calls .

Rude doctor, don't care, won't give me a appointment, reception told me go to a walk-in, they just don't care. Ment to be my doctors it's like asking to see God!

My partner attempted to make an appointment for our near one-year old son at 8am. Youre told to call in order to get a first come, first serve appointment. She called 185 times, I kid you not. Sometimes engaged, sometimes not answering at all. Their response was they had a queue outside. I wouldnt mind their appointment system is a simple phone call anyway. Their lack of rigour and general finesse as a practice is the worst Ive ever experienced. A word of advice: if you cant run an appropriate surgery then dont run one. Your go to response is always call tomorrow or go the walk in. An embarrassment.

If I could do 0 stars I would. Horrible place that doesnt understand discrimination, the law, exemptions, freedom and common courtesy for patients. Shame on Netherley Health Centre
