Fantastic experience, I entered the store when they were near to closing, but I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in and offered assistance, the gentlemen helped me with my requests and his colleague also stepped in to further assist, pleasant, warm and everything done with a smile even though they were getting ready to close, unfortunately I didn't get the names but I will on my next visit as I will definitely be visiting this store again

What a great place, really set up nicely, such a shame the girl that saved us (glasses, pink/blond hair or a little red) really didn't want to be there. Horrible service for no reason. I'll speak to the area manager about her as it's a shame that such a nice store gets to be serviced by someone like that. I'll probably be doing her a favour.

Simply one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. I was greeted at the door by the most sarcastic guy who seemed like he'd rather be anywhere else, making silly remarks when I asked for help such as "I can help but I may be interrupted to tell people to join the queue", which was followed by the most sarcastic demo of how to use their machines. I asked if he could suggest a machine that is compact but has a milk tank so it makes the latte in it's entirety with the push of a button rather than simply making an espresso which I have to top up with milk. He told me that no such machine exists by Nespresso, despite the fact that I've used one and seen several of them on their website. I really got the impression that he had decided what I could and couldn't afford just by looking at me. I felt very uncomfortable and completely disrespected.

Ill never Buy in store again! Vile member of staff the way I was treated, got totally Blanked and had two couples come in after me getting seen to and then women finally seen me she said do you waddle along and Join the queue disgusting doesnt even deserve a one star!
