        I'm kind of new to using Starbucks for anything more than a coffee via the drive through. Yesterday I wanted some breakfast so picked the porridge which comes with, so it says, "a choice of toppings". I asked what the options were and was given a list. I chose what I wanted and ordered a normal grande latte. Porridge then came with honey (not what I ordered) and my coffee had the syrup that I was expecting on the porridge. I hate flavoured coffee. This follows a lot of the other reviews I've read for this site - staff are not listening to, or understanding, what their customers want. Apart from that, venue is good and clean (although I feel all Starbucks toilets are disgusting or close there to), well layed out and in a good location. No queue (hmmmm)
