Neighbourhood had told me they would arrange collection of the machine and arrange a refund when the machine arrived with them once sage had confirmed it was defective.
When sage did confirm this they asked me to send the machine to them by tracked delivery (at cost to myself) which I did.
The machine went missing with the courier at which point I was told I would not be given a refund. I started a claim through paypal.
Once they received the paypal request they contacted me asking me to wait and see if the machine turned up which it eventually did over a month later. The parcel arrived just before the timeframe to escalate the paypal case expired. I did not escalate the case as I presumed I would be refunded now the package had arrived. Several days later after sending a few emails neighbourhood informed me the package had been received but the product had been damaged to an extent they would not be able to provide a refund and to seek compensation from the courier. The courier paid out the maximum they do (300) which left me 350 out of pocket. Since informing neighbourhood of this they have ignored my emails. I've given them every chance to redeem themselves before writing this review but after almost 6 months since the purchase enough is enough.
