me and my family used this company for a airport. the driver arrived 5 minutes early to give time to get luggage on the bus, before leaving he asked us have we got everything, passport, money etc. when we arrived at the airport he explained to us that he would pick us up from departures as it is easier for both us and them for us to meet, and he also double checked out return flight details with us and asked ur for a mobile contact number to contact us when we land. on landing as we was waiting for luggage the driver rang us to say he was waiting on a car park and told me to ring him 1ce when we come through the doors and he would come round to get us. I cannot fault this company and have used many times on nights out and also travelling to Skegness with my children. i will always recommend to family and friends and use again.

Booked Ashton Mini Travel for a airport run. Whilst waiting to go, Ashton Mini Travel were late and it took a huge amount of effort to actually get in contact with them. When we finally did, the driver was at the bottom end of the street claiming his sat-nav said he was outside. Now I'm sure any driver can see house numbers? I thought this was just an honest mistake and forget about the service, until the day I landed back home. My friends and I tried to contact the company to find out about our taxi, but couldn't get hold of anyone despite our best efforts via the phone. We decided to send them an e-mail in the hope to hear something, moments later we got a call. The office was talking to us on behalf of the driver and refused to give us the direct number for the driver, so we had to rely on second hand information. It took us 25 minutes to find this driver. He didn't go to the "ARRIVALS" like every other person picking up people that have just arrived.. he went to "DEPARTURES". This company is a joke - I will NEVER recommend or use them again.
