Eavesway Travel Ltd

We turned up to catch our coach to Southampton from Wolverhampton a couple of weeks ago and found no coach to pick us up. We rang them and it took a good half an hour to get to speak to someone which was obviously quite stressful only to be told the coach had been cancelled a number of months ago and they couldn't help us any further. It turns out they send out cancellation letters by post and they held an old address on file for us. I have been informed in a follow up email that this is because they want to make sure important documents are seen (they send the tickets by email) so I'll let you decide if this makes any sense or not. We managed to make our own way there and back at considerable extra expense but it could well have cost us our holiday. The follow up emails and attitude from the company were very short and rude. I won't be using them again.

Very, very disappointed with Eavesway. I booked coach tickets from Southampton cruise port to Cardiff in July 2022 for our return last week April 13th. We only needed single tickets as we flew to Australia in January & sailing back. To our horror Eavesway had cancelled our booking in February & notified us by LETTER. Not email which I could have acted on. On speaking to an Eavesway rep I was told to get a taxi which would have been at our expense. Very poor communication. I would never trust them again.

We hired an Eavesway Travel Ltd coach to take 25 of us on a corporate day trip and we where blown away when the coach arrived. The coach was very luxurious, very clean and even had Sky TV and toilet facilities! Peter was a fabulous driver and arrived to pick us up in a timely manner and got us all to our destination safely. Thank you to Eavesway and Peter for a fabulous journey, I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, luxury coach hire. Thank you Cura Accounting Ltd
