        Sefton Council: an organisation that appears to excel in total, utter, complete incompetence. Complain to your MP and to the Local Government Ombudsman. No stars really - but one was the lowest option available.

        Absolute shocking, went to them as a last resort, at my wits end with my adult son who is autistic, to seek help from social services and was told to ring the police if he became aggressive, the shower of low life rats, also conned alot of people out of having to pay them the 150 pound council tax rebate!!
