Mobile phones should be silenced as should parishioners, we should be preparing ourselves for Holy Mass not chatting amongst each other.
There is time for chatting over a cup of tea after Mass.
The church isn't a playground as some parents think so, they are allowing their child to run around throughout Mass especially during the consecration.
