Wok On Aintree

Well all I can say is awful, ordered food told them no mushroom or prawns due to allergies but food turned up covered in prawns so couldnt even tell you if the food was nice never got to eat it. The fried rice was ok as had that with the curry sauce 5/10. Tried calling just rings out so will Leave a review. If anyone has allergies please dont order from here as they dont follow simple instructions that could cause you harm.

Ordered food online. Message said food ready for picknip at 17.55. When we arrived told 15 to 20 min delay. People came in after me and ordered in shop and served before me. 1st time visit. Piss poor setvice. Wont be going again. We only ordered 3 items. Waited longer the 30 mins so over 1 hour from order time. Altering my rating fromn1 to 2 stars. Food was really good. Just need to sort customer service

Ordered the salt and pepper box to share with a friend on Tuesday night, food turned up looked awful but thought lets not mess around and ate it anyway. A costly mistake as the food made me violently ill. Ended up being the most expensive take away Ive ever had seeing as Ive had to miss work. Called the restaurant to let them know this had happened, met with a lady who told us she had personally made our order and that I couldnt possibly be unwell.
