A friend & I took our granddaughters - ages 3 & 8. Easy to book online. Plenty for them both to do. Quite busy but it is school holidays. Everywhere was clean. Staff were friendly.

I took my kids here as I have many times before. My youngest two were consistently saying two girls were following them and throwing balls at them. 4 times I went over and witnessed the girls throwing. My son is autistic and was very upset by being followed. He eventually retaliated and threw a ball back. The girls nan informed the manager her " innocent little princess" had been hurt by a boy ( apparently the fact that he was a boy was really important). I rounded my kids up to leave as I'd had enough of the nan kicking off even though none of the adults had checked on them at all. The manager (Stacey) then came over and said I should be watching my kids!? I explained I had been over 4 times and they hadn't been watching her. I asked her to check cctv. Unfortunately I've seen families blamed I here before _ whoever complain first is the one the manager believes. If Stacey Checks cctv she will those girls pick on my son for over an hour. The attitude and way I was spoken to was a disgrace, accusing me of not supervising my kids _ the seats are around the corner Stacey. Watch your cctv and find out what really happened.
