Further, on the day of the travel, it was very easy coordinating. The drive to Edinburgh in their luxury sedan was very comfortable, especially complemented by an amazing driver, Thomas. Great Service - I needed our owners of the hotel to be taken from the hotel to the rail station. Liverpool Chauffeurs communicated very well from start to finish, they allocated his favourite car and arrived 10 minutes early which gave me confidence that when the owners were ready to leave, the car was ready. I was looking for transport to the National, but had left it quite late to think about booking. I found Liverpool Chauffeurs after reading poor taxi firm reviews. They were fully booked but a very helpful guy ( Simon) said leave it with him. He called back to say he could do he job. The booking process was simple, with confirmation emailed immediately. The driver ( Peter) arrived on time and off we went in his S Class Mercedes. He knew the best place to drop us off close to the course and explained where he would collect us. He was very friendly and along the way he chatted about the city and pointed out places of interest. After meeting and talking to Peter we both felt reassured we would be looked after, and we were. We recommend Liverpool Chauffeurs 100%.
