Terrible customer service! My car was assessed 2 months ago. After waiting a month to be booked in I had to call them to chase it. So far the date has been moved twice - first because there was no courtesy car available and a second time because the parts haven't arrived. I voiced my concerns and was told they would get back to me. They didn't. It has been 2 months since my car was assessed and I'm no closer to having it fixed. Not once has anyone from Crossleys even apologised for the delay. I am now speaking to my insurance company about having the work reallocated to another garage. I would not touch Crossleys with a barge pole.
