Chris delivered a first class service and an excellent damp report, which was very detailed and backed up by photographic evidence. Chris invested time in talking his findings through with me and nothing was too much trouble. Chris really goes the extra mile for his customers and I cant sing his praises enough. Thank you so much to Chris and the Lynwoods Building Consultancy team. From the first meeting Chris was punctual, professional and attentive. As a first time buyer I was incredibly nervous about the whole thing and he put me at ease immediately. His survey was remarkably thorough and he talked me through his findings as he went and was extremely knowledgeable, honest and transparent through the whole process. The typed survey was sent to me via email as well as a written copy through the post which I appreciated. I would recommend Lynwoods to anyone - absolute stellar service and efficient results.

I got in touch with Chris from Lynwoods when I was selling my dads house to give me a survey report. Chris come to the property and he was very professional and went through all the details of what the survey entailed. Within a matter of days the report was finished and emailed to me and to say I was impressed is a understatement. I highly recommend Chris at Lynwoods and will definitely be using them in the future.
