        Seamus took time to have along conversations with me regarding any issues of the property and the report is very detailed. Many photos were sent to me with the issues clearly shown. I highly recommend to anyone buying a house that needs work.

The Building Survey report we wanted was arranged on a tight timeframe and covered all the aspects we would have expected, including a couple of specific queries about the property. The timeframe didn't impact on the quality of the report - it was extensive, well laid out and easy to understand. Would definitely recommend.
