Graham completed a survey for a house we were purchasing and was highly efficient, knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. His report was extremely diligent and clear to understand. Graham also then came out and gave us some advice after we had an issue with some work that had been completed once we had moved in, he was highly sympathetic and again knowledgeable about our troubles. I will certainly be using Graham in the future for any surveys we require. Not only a highly knowledgable professional but a thoroughly decent person.

Graham did a survey on the property we are purchasing in St. Helens and he was an absolute star. The owner was extremely difficult and rude, but Graham persevered and produced a very thorough survey in record time. We would absolutely recommend him, and will certainly use him again if the need arises.

We were at a loss of what to do next with a brand new damp conservatory roof when a friend recommended Graham Shone to us, and I am so glad he did. When we first chatted to him we could see he had a good knowledge of what we were was talking about. He requested that we sent over some images of our issues on a very fast simple programme that was no problem to use even for a tech idiot. Within a couple of hours he was back in touch to say that he felt that the company had used inferior matials and that some had not been installed according to the companies specification literature. We sent the information over to the company who is now coming to fully replace my the insulation in my roof. Cant thank Graham enough for what he did to help us and would use him again and highly recommend him.
