        Unkind and insensitive. Am away for a few days and dont have service to have a thorough conversation something I obviously would not have known before arrival & am told I should be at home thats not how therapy works, I should have let them know, no consideration of how I may have been feeling at the time, am in shock at the tone used with me by receptionist would not recommend if looking to feel comforted and supported

        The people who u met were really lovely sue Nina I can't thank them enough I lost my daughter to cancer this year and I thought I would never be able to smile again but they have helped me to see life does go on so thank you from the bottom of my heart
