Great service, very helpful and professional, its a shame they can't act in person for you as they act more professional then some solicitors who are only in it for the money. The volunteers show understanding and are none judgmental and give their time freely to help clients.

Can't get through on the phone. No reply by email. Drove 30 miles for some assistance to have an abrupt lady tell me that there is only 2 staff so they can't answer the phone. No justification for rude and abrupt. If you can't answer the phone then a least have a recorded message to advise. Also a response to email would of been helpful.
