        I genuinely cannot believe the amount of things wrong with our order from this place. Ordered 2 ulti-meat carverys - no Yorkshire puddings, no stuffing, no pigs in blankets on EITHER meal; hard, cold potatoes, and the portion size of the meat was unacceptable. Both portions of the meat didnt add up to one portion. We paid 40. Absolute joke. When we phoned to complain the woman we spoke to couldnt have cared less, was patronising, rude and needs to fix her life as shes clearly very, very unhappy with her job at Toby carvery. Emailed customer service and they didnt care either so emailed the CEO of the whole group and included my Instagram page which reaches a large amount of people in Liverpool. Im now awaiting a call back from the Retail Business Manager of Toby Carvery to discuss the rude woman that tipped our complaint into a formal one. I might also still blast the restaurant on my page anyway. Tell your staff that being rude only makes things worse when youve literally sent less than half of the whole order and theres a genuine complaint.
