I called for a quote and got through to head office. First impression of how she spoke with me and put me in the right direction was first class. Felt like I was being looked after. I was then put through to Kerry in liverpool haydock area. She is very knowledgeable on the service they provide and answered my questions fully. I got a quote off her and details on what would happen next in relation to the carpet cleaning. She e-mailed me as promised and when I called to clarify a couple of things she was extremely helpful and to be honest I'm glad I called.

I found this company to be true professionals from when they provided a quote and giving valuable advise to completing the job in a timely manner. The standard of cleaning was second to none and the admin staff Kerry was very prompt and helpful in such a stressful time when we had smoke damage from the property next door. Thank you all again.

Brilliant carpet cleaners. Needed 2 bedrooms cleaned. Customer service was brilliant. Cleaners very friendly and the work was 5 star. Highly recommend.
