The Lodge Lane Hand Carwash

OMG this place is at the tip of my road, for the first time ever I thought I'd use this place, NEVER EVER AGAIN.,the man says 1 hour give me the key so I do I paid 60.00 for full service, I go back the child seat has been moved so I say ok they clean the seats, whe I look down at my back seats the floor is sowing wet, I'm thinking omg what's in the floor, also not my cat engin is running and the heating is on full blast, so off I go to pick up my grandchildren, when I'm fixing the car seat in low and behold the seats are minging, well dirty they never cleaned the seats, so I decide I need to check this car to see what they have done. They had washed the outside stayed my wheels with some black stuff, and wind my windows, on the outside, my windows where left all streaky, there was signs of water had been left dripping at the sides of the leather seats, there front carpets had been washed and left wet, the car just wasn't cleaned, they also rummaged throw my glove compartment and the box I'm the middle, and my boot? Why go in the boot please??so I took it back the next day and voice my opinion and showed him what he hadn't done, never ever again will I use this garage, they still never cleaned or polished the seats. I'm extreamly disappointed and I feel to ask .y bank gor a refund as I paid by card and on going back a second time I'm still left unhappy.
