        My experience of buying an approved used Mercedes from Inchcape Liverpool was top notch from start to the end. Brendan from the Liverpool Branch was absolutely brilliant and efficient in handling all of my queries and ensured the process was very smooth. Communication from him was great in fact exceptional. He really took time to explain everything and checked in regularly with updates. I am really very impressed with the overall service and would definitely recommend it to everyone! Thank you Brendan and the entire Liverpool Merc team!
