I would really like to express my thanks to your team for making a hairy decision by two females who were totally oblivious as to what was under the bonnet an enjoyable and successful experience! Steve was fab very patient, no hard sell and made sure the car we chose for my daughter was serviced, motd and ready to go when promised. So glad we found this garage after trawling so many as it restores my faith in good will. Would definitely use again and cant recommend highly enough! Thank you. Natalie and Lauren

My wife bought a car from fareway motors around 2 years ago.. We were very happy with the way Steve (the salesman) dealt with the purchase and we went away Happy. I wanted my wife to be able to go to a garage , where she can trust the people who will carry out repairs, do the yearly service, and m.o.t. We continued to go back to fareway motors for these matters and have had no problems with the work carried out and paying their bill. Recently she was on her way home from work, realised her break light light needed replacing..she was passing fareway motors in copplehouse Lane and popped in to get it sorted. Alan, who dealt with this, charged her 24-20, which came to a bit of a shock to my wife..considering the history of our dealings with this company, after all its not a big thing to replace a break light..I understand Alan has to run a business but come on!! 24-20 for a break light to an existing customer who is guaranteed to come back for any motor repair requirements..No more Alan..your customer care needs a slight bit if attention, coz you've lost any future work..from a 5 star to a 1..don't be going here for minor problems
