Had my car repaired at the body shop after a minor acident. I received excellent service from the staff at Lookers who kept me up to date with progress.I was informed when my car was ready to be collected and it was, on time. The car had also been valeted and cleaned inside and out to a very high standard, in fact my car looked like new. Thanks Lookers!!!!

False promises of call backs, lack of communication, told parts were in and they werent, no access to courtesy car, car had two faults since purchasing it in December, car been in garage for coming up to two weeks and still no idea whats going on or when I will get it back.

Excellent customer service from your reception team. Clare R went out of her way to accommodate when I brought my car in for an MOT and service, there was no record of it on this system as I booked through a third party website but she made sure my booking could still go ahead and was charged what I was originally quoted on the website I booked from. She kept us informed of the parts arriving and when my car would be ready for collection. Clare is a real asset to your team and a big thank you to her and the mechanics who worked on my car. Il be recommending you to everyone and very likely to be back for more work. Great work!!
