        Gorgeous cake for my husbands 50th; it was also over Xmas so meant we didnt get to it until five days after delivery but it still tasted beautifully fresh.

        Ordered the Football cake for a Birthday and it was delicious and arrived on time well packaged. Will definitely be using again 5*****

        Customer service is absolutely abhorrent. Three weeks of waiting for a justly deserved refund as my cake arrived completely unpresentable and damaged with zero reply via email. Absolutely impossible to get through to them on the phone, just goes to automated messages or voicemail. Only reply that Ive had was on trust-pilot (assumedly because its a public platform) and that was that they would get investigate with their courier and get back to me. Everything is great if your cake arrives in good condition, but god forbid anything goes wrong because getting any answer from this company is outright impossible apparently. When spending such large amounts of money on a cake you expect it to arrive in perfect condition and mine was far from it, and when something goes wrong you at least expect the company to admit fault. I doubt at this stage I will get a refund but I will continue to write reviews so that people can be warned about the customer service side of things.
