        Their service is the worst I've ever seen. We booked in advance online, but we waited for more than an hour for a cup of hot chocolate, and they were impatient. They even told you when you left that you would have to pay extra if you stayed for more than one hour. Not only that, to be honest: what you see here are only a few cats, and there are not many opportunities to interact with cats. Anyway, it was a terrible experience and I won't come back.

        Took my son here today and he loved it! So many kitty's who were gorgeous and very chilled out. He loved getting a pin with his favourite cat when we left

        Loved it here but was really busy when we went and the cats weren't really fused in the attention but the food and drink where great and the cafe itself was really nice and the staff are friendly
