Denise is AMAZING! I worked with Denise for 3 sessions at the beginning of the year and I excitedly looked forward to every single session. Denise never disappointed at all! The sessions were really tailored to my individual needs and I could always decide what we would work on for each session. Denise keeps in contact via email between sessions to check how you are doing and I really felt I got as much out of my coaching experience as I possibly could. Denise really helped me tackle problems I didn't even know I was having before my coaching experience and I have come away with so much practical advice to apply to my everyday life.
