        Just the usual third world service. Hugely busy Bank Holiday and the toilets are shut and there are no staff. Does not even state the location of alternative toilets......update in April 2023 and still no toilets and no staff ...very handy for Albert Dock and major shops though...

        There is no one to provide information. Damaged screens without where to check route information. Many people do not know where or at what time to wait for their bus. And the worst, the national express app does not give this necessary information either.

        Not a single screen turned on with any information. And one surly squat man working, who shouts at drivers and customers alike. Even if they are disabled.
