        Great bus routes, good fleet and decent drivers

        I was both delighted and amazed by the wonderful customer service provided by Vikky Smith, Traffic Administrator at the Arriva Speke Depot. On a return trip to Liverpool Airport last weekend, I was unfortunate to lose a chain I was wearing. I chanced contacting Arriva to see if the chain was handed in, but honestly didn't think i would see the chain again. Vikky responded to me in no time at all to confirm the chain had been found and is now arranging for the chain to be returned to me. A fantastic customer service provided by a very helpful, pleasant, and polite lady. Thank you so much, Vikky Smith. We always use the Arriva bus when we travel to Liverpool. The drivers are always so helpful. I would highly recommend the service. A five-star service!

        My son is autistic and loves buses. And one of the drivers was very sweet to him. Telling him about the bus. And little kindness goes a long way.
