I recently bought my first house and had a basic survey which highlighted damp problems. I had a few companies come round and quote astronomical prices, without any real explanation of where my damp was coming from, prices I just couldnt afford or justify for the service. After finding perfect preservation through an internet search I gave Vinny a call. He came round and was able to explain exactly why and how the house had damp, quoted a fantastic price and was a genuine guy who really cares about his work and customers. He did a great job and even offered to do other little jobs if I couldnt get my plasterer to do it etc. I cant fault perfect preservation and will certainly use them again in the future, God forbid if I have anymore damp problems!

Great work by Vinny, put in trickle vents in windows in each room plus new extractor fan in bathroom as we had lots of mould around all bedroom windows plus condensation. Also had a new extractor fan fitted above the cooker as we had mould downstairs caused by all condensation when cooking, Vinny explained why we were getting so much mould & this was due to bad or no ventilation around the house, Vinny came on time & worked well would recommend Vinny & this company
