Absolute poor building quality. Disgraceful customer service. Never ever buy Bellway it's the biggest mistake I've made; they won't fix any of their wrong doings if they don't have to.

this company is an utter disgrace. the customer service is non existent. from a Sophie Miller head of customer care I write in response to your email dated 24 January 2022 addressed to Jason Honeyman, which has been passed to me to deal with. we do not believe trees in land owned by Bellway affect anybodys home and we confirm we do not intend to carry out any works in this respect. Bellway Homes will not be entering into any further correspondence on this matter.

Wouldnt even give them 1 star!! Craftsman ship on our home is less than average, faulty drains, water temperatures, driveway sinking, garden unlevel, uneven and water logged, lumpy walls, unsafe stair banister, front door is hit and miss, windows dont open with ease, paint work is terrible. We paid to have our garden sorted ourselves and Bellway contractors spilt red brick dye on our new patio 4 days later. Customer service is appalling, slow to respond and are even sarcastic. Expect you to have days off work to accommodate their repairs so far Im on 12+ days of waiting in. In trying to solve issues you get fobbed off, passed around left waiting even ignored and spoken to in a derogatory manner by a so called director! How has told us he doesnt have to pay for the repair to our patio - despite admitting liability, despite being given a quote for repair- has the audacity to say its fishy?? I think Bellway are the only fishy thing here. I am not the only home owner on this site with these problems most houses have huge problems. Absolutely flabbergasted at their customer service, respect for your home, and they dont seem to care to put problems right (show no care for their company name).
