Absolutely wonderful service provided with a lot to choose from. You are made to feel at home, and nothing is too much especially when trying on dresses. However, alterations available were very basic and in the end I had to go without an alteration I needed for my dress.

my wife went to this shop for her wedding gown cost 1,645 00 then175,00 for alterations the day of our wedding the gown didn;t fit over the underskirtwhich it did on the previous two fittings the tulle was not cut on the gown as the alterations woman said she would do my wife had sleeves fitted and although she told the alterations woman they felt tight she took no notice on the day at our evening reception under the right arm ripped our wedding took 4 years in planning and was ruined by the faulty goods and alterations which were not done properly a day which should be happy memories is a day we will remember for all the wrong reasons my wife has cried ever since and is heartbroken

Fabulous service from the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcome. Jane was amazing, so helpful and friendly nothing was to much trouble. The dress I chose was too big and not quite what I wanted but Jayne did everything I ask and the dress was perfect when it was finished. A BIG thank you for making me a beautiful bride.

I would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy, I went for my wedding dress , The worst experience of my life, Not helpful at all, The dress was to big ..They treated the males in the party awful at the suit fittings ..When I complained at the treatment I was fobbed off, if my wedding day had not been round the corner I would of cancelled suits, wedding dress ...Please save yourself alot of hassel , Go find a shop who will value your money and give you and your party respect ...This shop should be avoided at all costs
