Huge thank you to Sandra & everyone at Boutique Brides who made my wedding dress shopping experience so wonderful. Every time you go in you're made to feel special, we did have a slight issue with the dress at 1 point (no fault of boutique brides) and this was dealt with extremely professionally and quickly showing the great customer service they have. Would 100% recommend to any brides out there looking for a great overall experience, thank you!

I was just given the most relaxed, and welcome experience at boutique brides of Crosby. From the second I walked in I was put at ease by Melissa, who was absolutely amazing and clearly passionate about what she was doing! I said yes to the dress on Saturday and Melissa made me feel so excited and answered all of the 10000 questions I had, along with some of the other lovely staff too. I would 100% recommend!

Honestly dont know where to start. After 20 previously failed dress try ons I went to boutique brides quite deflated. You made me feel amazing from the offset. I chose a sample gown, that had never been tried on, and was even promised a replacement would never be ordered. This made my gown totally unique. I cant explain how amazing I felt on my wedding day and thats a lot to do with all your help and guidance. The dress was simply perfect. By far the best bridal shop. Thank you thank you thank you! I had a fantastic experience at Boutique Brides of Crosby today, loved every minute of it and chose my dream dress. Sandra and Ciara were amazing! They were so professional and advised me through the whole process, making me feel a million dollars. They listened to what I like and where my wedding is going to be and made suggestions accordingly. I've put a lot of weight on recently to how I normally am and felt self conscious, but they were so body positive and reassuring, effortlessly pinning me into all different dresses, so that I could see how a range of styles would look on me. I chose a dress which looks stunning and is nowhere near the top end of my budget, so I really felt they advised you on what looked best rather than pushing you to spend the most you can. 100% I would recommend this beautiful shop to any future bride, I wasn't rushed in the slightest and tried on loads of different styles before going back to the first dress! Thank you so much Sandra and Ciara for helping me choose the perfect dress!!!
