I ordered food - firstly the delivery was late, but not only that the food wasnt event given to me. The driver claimed to of phoned me when he arrived but he did not. Then the restaurant made me go to them in order to get the food.
When i arrived we was told the driver was arguing with a staff member about wanting to deliver the food again because he needed the money - should of done it in the first place.
I was also told that I was the third customer to be complaining today! This is not a good sign...
Upon getting the food it had a hair in it and also not good quality for the price.
Really unhappy with my experience and will not be ordering again.
However, the reason for giving a generous one star is that the lady on the till was extremely polite, kind and also was very apologetic - she was the only one with the knowledge of customer service.
