Very poor service Went in on a recall While there I asked for key fob issues to be sorted Tried calling while car was there to ask about collection (5times) no answer When I get a text it gives a detail list of recommendation for additional chargeable service work, but not one word ref what the car went in for or about the key fobs When I eventually got through and discussed and asked about the key fobs they didnt know Then they go and ask work shop Came back to say change batterys they dont have batterys Terrible Service Then told maybe you have to buy new fob I advised one has never been used as its in draw at home So its somthing more than just a fob issue ( oooh try get somone to give u a call back ) Im told still waiting I recommend find a local independent BMW service specialist near u , great cars but terrible service from BMW So much Im thinking going to Mercedes I could go on and on about the issues

Good evening Guy Today I took my sisters car to your Liverpool service centre for a standard procedure. I did it as a favour for my sister as she was tied up with Family. It turns out it was my sister who did me the favour. Reason being, because of her request to take her vehicle I got to meet your service centre front of house, Michael. What a wonderful person he is, in every way. Welcoming, efficient, cool under pressure, a genuine desire to "care'. I received that care and then observed from afar Michael showing that same warmth to all he encountered, customers and colleagues alike, they all received the same response of care, respect, helpfulness and dignity. Please pass on my thanks to Michael for making my day one that I will remember All the best Guy Mike

Mike Jones used cars... I have been a bmw customer for 3 decades deal with Mike Jones on number of occasions what a credit to bmw Williams Liverpool he is outstanding with customer service and the quick turn.around process of buying bmw ... Thank you mike

Craig Jones. immature and disinterested. What a snot nosed little kid. Definitely a discredit to anyone seeking to achieve reputable sales. He was offensive from the moment I stepped on to the forecourt and he has made no effort to pursue a sale since that point. Definitely a guy who needs to wake up happy and review diversity and inclusion training on an hourly basis. Pleased I stuck with Audi if this is the best BMW can offer.
