Riverside Blinds

Not a very warm welcome at all. In fact I almost felt like an intruder. I wanted to order a visit to measure up for faux wooden venetian blinds, I visited at the beginning of November and was given a booking for the first week of December but was informed I would not get the blinds before Christmas. I immediately cancelled and left and the woman did not seem to care. The shop was empty and the choice was limited but maybe they are inundated with orders behind the scenes, although I doubt it. Dreadful customer service so glad I did not part with my cash. I have ordered from another company and I will get them in time for Christmas.

Used Riverside Blinds on a few occasions in old and new house. Also recommended to family members whove used them. Really helpful, offer good advice if youre indecisive like me, lots of choice and friendly and professional. Prices are also very fair for the quality of work

Just had my ventian blinds fitted by riverside blinds they are brilliant made up cleared up after them would highly recommend this place to anybody thanks a well pleased customer x
