Reliable, honest, fair, flexible. It's a pleasure to work with Joana and Malcolm. They communicate everything clearly and openly, respond quickly to any queries, and ensure customers are happy with their services. They were very accommodating with drop off and pick up times as I work at the other end of the city. Very happy and grateful to have used their services. My bike is like new after a service and some long overdue new tyres.

Thank you guys, you got our bikes ready for an across the world cycling adventure amd then again to get our racing bikes ready for an Ironman. Such great ideas to tailor the bikes to our specific needs - the dynamo saved us on multiple occasions and we someone had only one puncture between the 2 of us after cycling over 9000miles across Australia, Southeast Asia, Myanmar and India! Thank you for the amazing crash course in bike maintenence - changing tyres, truing wheels... you would have been proud! Ten Street Cycles is an incredible place with a very down to earth and knowledgeable team, thank you Malcy and Joana for all of your help. We would never take our bikes anywhere else!
