I'd give them NO star if I could. This is the one of companies which has been milking money from people with using "COVID" excuse... I didn't receive my PCR results before my flight to Japan, I needed to take Express Test at the airport on the day, cost 130. Customer service phone number wasn't fault... Not even ringing. Well, I'm sure nobody needs PCR test anymore, but Do Not Use this awful company.

Bought some covid tests and accidentally auto entered an old address. Immediately emailed the customer service email address which autoreplies with "Thank you for contacting DAM Health. We have received your email and aim to respond to all general queries within 4 hours. Our customer support team respond to emails 24 hours a day, 7 days per week." No one replied to my email and then the next day they auto-emailed saying that they had dispatched to the wrong address. It's bad that no one is keeping an eye on this but it's much worse that they claim to have 24 hour customer service but actually apparently have none at all. Just a mess of a company.

Awful company. I ordered covid and strep a tests on line costing over 30. Told next day delivery guarunteed. Two days later no tests, no communication and no refund. Will take legal action to reclaim my money. Do not give these people your business!

Booked a test, drove 15 miles, turn up around 10 mins late due to lack of parking (Croydon is a nightmare), finally arrived to find the office closed for lunch. Surprised no one was there to cover during lunch. Had to test via a different company at the end. Requested a refund and was told NO due to cancelation policy !. No flexibility whatsoever. Will never deal with this company ever again.
