        If you want your tyre puncture repaired be prepared to wait a week. I went in to pick my scooter up and it still wasn't done, was told to come back in half an hour, gets back not done, told another 20 mins so I said I would wait. The lad then went and got the scooter and it took him literally 10 mins to fix it. Phones ring out aswell. Oh and they are shutting down and have no idea who will be doing repairs once they do. AVOID!!!!

        Great bike bought through the internet at a good price? Delivery was a shambles? Customer aftercare by phone is none existent?

        Awful customer service and even worse bikes when emailing you never get an answer and no way to call the company and onto the bikes very uncomfortable and every few weeks the brakes stop working and you have to take it into a shop where its rather impossible to get it fixed on the day or within a couple of days so I am without the bike or riding a bike with no brakes for a while
