Amazing customer service from start to finish, salesman was knowledgeable and very helpful, helped us choose the bed and mattress, delivery was fast and the bed was fitted for us, bed is high quality and incredibly comfortable, I would 100% recommend!

I came across the Verve Ottoman TV bed online by accident, I'd never heard of TV Beds before so had a look on Trustpilot to gain a bit more background on reputation/service etc. The one thing I really liked was that they also responded to any negative reviews (which were minimal but nonetheless they replied). That highlighted to me that they cared about all customers, irrespective of whether positive or negative reviews were left (so many big companies completely ignore negatives as though those customers don't matter) so that was a big thumbs up from me TV Beds!! I initially spoke to Chris to see if I could go and view the Verve. Chris has been an absolute star from start to finish, and has gone above and beyond to assist me from providing exact measurements (given the restricted space I was working in) and assisting me with suitable models of TV's to fit the bed. The bed itself is absolutely stunning from the quality/workmanship, ottoman storage and the overall look, there really is nothing else on the market quite like it. I don't know who designs their beds but whoever did has got a very unique and creative streak. Delivery wise, I paid my final balance on the bed and had it delivered and installed by Rob the following day. The one downside is, I don't want to get out of bed now! Thanks so much to all at TV Beds especially Chris and Rob, you guys have been amazing and I will be back when I come to decorate my son's room.
